As a coordinator, I watched vacancies stay open while syllabus plans slipped and classroom time was lost to demo after demo. At the same time, skilled teachers who had upgraded themselves couldn't find the right opportunity.
As a mother, I asked a simple question: what if my own child is in a school where the right faculty isn't available? FacultyAura exists so that the quality of education never suffers because the right teacher couldn't be found at the right time.
